Why do I need a personally designed website?

We all have "techie" friends who can throw a website together, but will the result be something that entices or repels your potential customers? Your Website is your first impression on the internet. Consider it a job interview. Would you show up in a T-shirt and jeans? Likewise, you don't want to transmit a sloppy or disorganized first impression for your business.

Do I really need a professional writer?

What you say is every bit as important as how those words are presented. If your writing is disorganized, confusing, and riddled with errors, others may assume your business will operate in similar fashion. Compelling copy will entice potential clients and convince them of your company's competency.

How is Creative Synthesis different?

At Creative Synthesis, we use our combined creative talents to synthesize many facets of marketing, saving you time and money. We eliminate the need to hire a separate graphic designer, writer and photographer. Because we operate out of our homes, we are able to keep overhead costs low, and we pass these savings on to you. We are a small business, just like you, and we understand the pressures you face. We promise to listen and provide customized solutions to meet your particular business neeeds.

How does the creative process work?

Before starting any project, we will conduct an inital client meeting to determine your goals for the project, recommend services, and outline costs. Then we'll go to work designing an end product to achieve these goals.

If the project includes website and/or logo design, we will provide multiple design options and let you choose your favorite. We will set a completion deadline dependent on the scope of the project. At Creative Synthesis, we know that each day you are not on the web, you are potentially losing business.

At our final client meeting, you will recieve all files and be given detailed instructions on using your new website. If you're not happy, we'll tweak until you are satisfied. Our business depends on word of mouth from contented customers!
